The Edible Meal Experience Spring 2024 Visual Menu
Menus are based on the 3 and 5 course meal options Substitutions can be made for some of the meals Meals are served family-style / One entree will be provied for the entire party *additional entrees can be ordered
Parmesan Spaghetti Squash served with rustic bread and dipping oils served with an Italian salad (5 course appetizer suggestion is an antipasto platter)
Garlic Butter Shrimp & Pasta served with rustic bread and dipping oils served with an Italian salad (5 course appetizer suggestion is an antipasto platter)
Mile High Meatless Lasagna served with salad & rustic bread baby spinach, onion and garlic, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini, basil, rosemary mozzarella cheese, ricotta, parmesan (5 course appetizer suggestion is our vegetarian antipasto salad)
Mushroom Ravioli with Spinach served with salad & rustic bread mushroom & cheese ravioli, sun-dried tomatoes, cremini mushrooms fresh spinach, garlic, red pepper flakes (optional) (5 course appetizer suggestion: tomatoe caprese salad)
Smoked Salmon served with citris avacado salad & artisan bread smoked salmon with herbs, smashed potatoes (5 course appetizer suggestion: smoked deviled eggs)
Build Your Own Mile-High Flatbread Pizzas with a side salad & fresh honey for dipping crust build your own personal pizza, add your own ingredients tomato sauce / pesto topped with fresh mozzarella (5 course appetizer suggestion: caprese salad or vegetarian antipasto platter)
