I eat at least one avocado a day so when I found this delicious recipe, I was all over it. Beautiful Hass Avocados that are just ripened but not mushy, topped with some pomegranate seeds and toasted pepitas makes a perfect starter dish for the beginning of a great night.

The Stuff You'll Need:
2-3Hass avocados
1Limejuiced and zested
1/4cuppomegranate seeds
4tbsptoasted pepitas
sea salt and pepper to taste
Pay Attention to the Directions: Combine the avocado and lime juice and zest in a large bowl. Mash together with a fork until you have a half chunky half creamy consistency.
Add in the pomegranate and pepitas and stir together with a spoon.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
